PT Kairos Utama Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan layanan TI, membutuhkan dukungan aplikasi tingkat awal untuk sistem operasional. Anda akan melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, pembaruan, dan pemeliharaan aplikasi secara langsung di lokasi Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah.

Posisi ini bersifat kontrak dengan kerja on-site, dengan fokus pada Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS, Pentaho, Node.js, dan JavaScript. Pengalaman dengan Adobe Premiere dan desain grafis adalah nilai tambah.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Provide first-level application support for operational systems and applications.

• Perform installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of applications.

• Monitor and perform initial analysis of application errors and incidents.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and elevate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

• Support systems and applications related to SQL Server, Reporting Services, Pentaho, and Node.js.

• Perform basic database queries and support reporting requirements using SQL Server and Reporting Services.

• Support basic Windows operating system operations and troubleshooting.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi network connectivity issues.

• Assist in system testing, application updates, and implementation of new applications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational reports.

• Support basic video editing using Adobe Premiere and graphic design requirements when needed.

• Coordinate with users and related IT teams to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new applications, technologies, and systems according to business needs.

• Work on-site with a roster schedule 70 working days (Monday–Saturday), followed by 14 days of leave and 3 days of travel time (total 17 days off). Annual leave entitlement is provided separately.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Understanding of Windows Operating System.

• Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi networking and troubleshooting.

• Experience with application installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance.

• Ability to perform initial analysis of application errors and proper escalation.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js.

• Knowledge of Pentaho is a plus.

• Familiar with Adobe Premiere for video editing.

• Basic graphic design skills are an advantage.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
