Job summary

PT. Permata Prima Enjiniring Elektrika is seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Specialist to manage stock accuracy and material movement for EPC and engineering projects in a warehouse and site environment.

You will maintain 100% data accuracy between physical stock and system records, execute FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate transport with internal fleets or third-party providers, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material transport/logistics.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Experience handling electrical materials, testing tools, and technical equipment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for stock tracking, inventory auditing, and logistics scheduling.
• Strong physical inventory control skills (FIFO/FEFO management, stock opname, scrap management).
• Willing for site visits or warehouse base deployment as required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Asset Control: Oversee stock, machinery, and tools across warehouses and sites, ensuring data accuracy.
• Stock Opname & Auditing: Conduct stock audits, monitor minimum stock, and enforce FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Logistics & Fleet Management: Plan and coordinate end-to-end transport for project materials.
• Shipping Documentation & Surat Jalan: Issue and track delivery orders, shipping notes, and handover manifests.
• Inbound & Outbound Inspection: Check shipments against POs and Surat Jalan.
• Tools Check-In / Check-Out: Manage handover and tracking for testing tools and safety gear.
• HSE & Storage Safety: Ensure warehouse layout and safety standards to protect materials.
• Reporting & Coordination: Generate stock movement reports and updates for Procurement and Project Managers.

Job description

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material transport/logistics, preferably in EPC, Electrical Engineering, or Power Plant Contractors.

Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory for handling shipping documents, technical equipment manuals, and operational correspondence.

Strongly Preferred: Experience handling electrical materials, testing tools, and technical equipment, along with familiarity with transport/logistics services (e.g., Lalamove, freight forwarders).

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for stock tracking, inventory auditing, and logistics scheduling.

Strong physical inventory control skills (FIFO/FEFO management, stock opname, scrap management).

High attention to detail, honest, assertive, and prepared for site visits or warehouse base deployment as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Asset Control: Oversee physical stock, machinery, and technical tools across warehouses and project sites, maintaining 100% data accuracy between physical inventory and system logbooks.

Stock Opname & Auditing: Conduct regular stock audits, monitor minimum stock levels, and enforce strict FIFO/FEFO rotation for general materials, chemical consumables, and spare parts.

Logistics & Fleet Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate end-to-end transport for project materials and equipment from suppliers/warehouses to project sites using internal fleets or third-party logistics.

Shipping Documentation & Surat Jalan: Issue, verify, and track official Surat Jalan (Delivery Orders), shipping notes, and handover manifests for all outgoing and incoming project material movements.

Inbound & Outbound Inspection: Inspect arriving and departing shipments for quantity, specifications, and physical condition, cross-checking against POs and Surat Jalan.

Tools Check-In / Check-Out: Manage the formal handover and tracking system (Berita Acara) for testing tools, safety gear, and specialized equipment assigned to site teams.

HSE & Storage Safety: Ensure proper warehouse layout and site container organization compliant with safety (K3/HSE) standards to protect electrical materials from moisture and damage.

Reporting & Coordination: Generate stock movement reports, damage/scrap logs, and delivery tracking updates for Procurement and Project Managers.
