Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to oversee end-to-end operations for projects in Indonesia. You will coordinate procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material control to support critical activities, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years in supply chain functions, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and vendors. Prior mining/industrial exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in mining, EPC, energy or infrastructure preferred.
• Familiar with import/export regulations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely materials availability.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics and warehouse activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and material reception.
• Expedite critical materials to meet project schedules.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely availability, movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and consumables required for project and operational activities. Ensure efficient logistics, warehouse, inventory, and material management processes while maintaining compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations

• Manage and coordinate overall supply chain activities to support project and operational requirements.
• Monitor material flow from supplier delivery point to project/site destination.
• Ensure availability of critical materials and equipment through effective planning and coordination.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact project schedules.

Logistics Management

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities.
• Monitor mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials.
• Oversee shipment tracking and delivery performance.
• Coordinate customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation providers where applicable.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient storage of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and reconciliation processes.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material obsolescence.

Material Control & Expediting

• Monitor material status and delivery schedules against project requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, Engineering, and Vendors regarding material readiness and delivery dates.
• Lead expediting activities to ensure critical materials are delivered according to schedule.
• Prepare material status reports and identify potential delays.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Vendor, and Logistics providers.
• Support project teams in resolving supply chain-related issues.
• Provide regular updates on supply chain performance and material availability.

HSE & Compliance

• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Implement HSE requirements in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Support audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Warehouse Management, preferably within Mining, EPC, Energy, or Infrastructure industries.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics operations, inventory control, contract administration, and supplier management.
• Familiar with import/export regulations and project supply chain operations.Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, Oracle, Avantis, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
