Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Warehouse Management Officer for site-based operations in Indonesia. You will control and monitor hydrocarbon activities to support high service levels for operations in fuel, lube, and waste handling, following company procedures and ethics.

Responsibilities include ensuring SHE compliance, advising projects on hydrocarbon and inventory management, aligning warehouse services with client schedules, maintaining fuel quality to ASTM/Migas standards, and actively implementing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Min 1 year experience in hydrocarbon management or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management.
• Understanding of EMS and freight regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Avantis, SAP, JD Edwards) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SHE procedures and SOPs for Materials Management warehouse are followed.
• Provide guidance to projects to improve hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Match warehouse services to client schedules and targets.
• Ensure fuels and lubricants quality meets ASTM or Migas standards and manage stock levels.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and risk management per ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Job Summary

• Control and monitor hydrocarbon activities in order to provide support higher service level to operation and others for company in term of hydrocarbon management (fuel, lube and waste ) in proper handling practice to the process which conform to business ethics and company's procedures.

Ensure work warehouse / fuel / lube / waste area performed conforms to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Provide advice and guidance to company's project in order to enhance effective and efficient management hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory. The effectivity and the efficiency of hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory management are significantly enhanced.

Education

High School Graduate of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• min. 1 year experiences in hydrocarbon management.
• Having knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Understand with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Freight Regulation.
• Awareness of ERP Systems (eg. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and team work.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
