Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta Timur seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and stock control. You will lead a team, coordinate with Procurement and Maintenance, manage safety and compliance, and drive inventory accuracy using WMS/ERP systems.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supervision, 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and English communication skills.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, issuing, loading, unloading, and transferring containers, spare parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure all incoming materials, spare parts, equipment, and container-related items are properly received, counted, inspected, and matched with the relevant purchase orders, delivery documents, or requests.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock is properly recorded, identified, and reconciled with the warehouse system or inventory records.
Monitor all movement of containers, spare parts, materials, tools, equipment, and other company assets entering or leaving the warehouse and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Ensure materials and equipment are stored in their designated locations, properly labeled, safely arranged, and easily accessible for identification and retrieval.
Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, Depot, Project, and other relevant departments regarding material requirements, stock availability, delivery schedules, and urgent operational needs.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and investigate differences between physical inventory and recorded inventory, including preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
Assign daily tasks, monitor work performance, provide instructions and guidance, and ensure warehouse personnel comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Ensure warehouse areas, containers, materials, equipment, and other company assets are properly secured and protected from loss, unauthorized access, damage, or misuse, in coordination with Security and relevant departments.
Prepare regular reports regarding inventory, stock movements, discrepancies, damaged or missing items, warehouse activities, and operational performance, while identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and control.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse Supervisore
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistic for construction or container company

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and preferably experienced in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory systems, or other stock-control applications.
