Job summary

Madame Gie Cosmetics seeks an Inventory/Stock Control Analyst to monitor daily stock levels, perform reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate records and smooth operations on-site.

The role requires 1–2 years in Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Min. D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics.
• FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, or E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS or inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site and handle routine stock checking.
