Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage stock accuracy across main warehouse and showroom in Jakarta. You will ensure system records match physical stock, perform regular stock takes, and report inventories from all locations to leadership.

Candidate should have at least a D3 in related field or equivalent, 2 years in warehousing/logistics, strong Excel skills, and good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication. Willing to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• At least a D3 Associate Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in furniture/high-end/fashion/retail warehousing or logistics.
• Experience in stock taking and inventory movements.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with App Sheet/System Inventory.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in a mobile capacity.
• Experience in Import process preferred.

Responsibilities

• PIC of Brands Inventories controller to maintain stock accuracy on system and actual at Main Warehouse, and Showroom.
• Performing stock-take and regular stock-check and reporting monthly inventories from all locations to the Leader.
• Able to Investigate any inventory discrepancies (excess and shortage inventory) by coordinating with other parties and comparing to internal data with minimum supervision.
• Do monthly inventories reconciliation with other parties.
• Controlling slow moving and expired products at all locations.
• Monitoring and reporting the process of products disposal.
• Quality Control of Receiving Products.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least D3 (Associate Degree) major in accounting/ logistics/ business administration or similar preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields in furniture high-end/fashion/retail/ warehousing/ logistics/ Internal audit or similar.

Experience in stock taking activities and understanding of inventory movements process.

Proficiency with Excel, and familiar with App Sheet/System Inventory is preferred.

Possess effective verbal and written communication skills both in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Able to handle several tasks simultaneously and get them resolved without any hitch or glitches.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks with minimum supervision.

Willing to work in a mobile capacity.

Experience in Import process preferred.
