Job summary

JOIWAY (PT Susu Life Indonesia) is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound processes, ensure accuracy, and support daily warehouse activities. The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

The successful candidate will handle picking, packing, loading/unloading, stock checks, and documentation, with a preference for those familiar with WMS and FIFO/FEFO procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK level education; D3 is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or related roles.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets and able to learn WMS systems.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations according to SOP.
• Check quantity, condition, and accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory arrangement.
• Conduct regular stock opname and ensure stock matches system records.
• Record and report goods movement, returns, discrepancies, and damaged items.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO procedures as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and security.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Check quantity, condition, and accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory arrangement.
• Conduct regular stock opname and ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Record and report goods movement, returns, discrepancies, and damaged items.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO procedures as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and security.
• Handle basic warehouse administration and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or related positions.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fit and willing to perform hands-on warehouse activities.
• Able to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with WMS is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking ability is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
