IDS Medical Systems Group in Bekasi is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure data accuracy and integration between ERP and WMS, while monitoring stock movements and coordinating with teams on discrepancies.
The role performs daily cycle counts and annual stock opname, prepares reports on inventory and movements, and collaborates with procurement and logistics partners to support supply chain operations. It also provides data for audits and ensures compliance with 5R and safety standards.
Ensure inventory data accuracy and system integration between ERP and WMS.
Monitor and trace stock movements within the warehouse through the WMS system.
Coordinate with relevant teams when stock discrepancies or inventory issues are identified.
Conduct daily cycle counts and annual stock opname.
Prepare regular reports on inventory counts and warehouse stock movements.
Work with procurement and logistics partners to support supply chain operations.
Provide inventory and product movement data for external audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, and 5R standards.
Minimum D3/S1 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience in the medical device industry, or 3 years in a relevant industry.
Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and general supply chain processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using WMS and understanding system integration is preferred.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in written and spoken English at a professional working level.
Knowledge of regulations related to the medical device industry is an advantage.
