Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking an Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff to maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records in our ERP system, and to perform reconciliations with the General Ledger.

You will monitor stock movements, coordinate stock counts, and prepare month-end reports, while ensuring proper documentation, controls, and collaboration with Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to support audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inventory or Fixed Asset accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and fixed asset records in the ERP.
• Conduct reconciliations with General Ledger regularly.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.

As an Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff, You Will:

• Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records in the accounting/ERP system.
• Perform inventory and fixed asset reconciliations with the General Ledger on a regular basis.
• Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Coordinate periodic stock counts (stock opname) and fixed asset verification with relevant departments.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Record inventory and asset transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare inventory and fixed asset reports for month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for inventory and asset transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation and fixed asset depreciation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory and asset control.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, or General Accounting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, fixed asset accounting, and accounting principles.
• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
