Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking an Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff to maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records in our ERP system, and to perform reconciliations with the General Ledger.

You will monitor stock movements, coordinate stock counts, and prepare month-end reports, while ensuring proper documentation, controls, and collaboration with Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to support audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inventory or Fixed Asset accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and fixed asset records in the ERP.
• Conduct reconciliations with General Ledger regularly.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock counts and asset verification with departments.
• Prepare month-end and year-end inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for transactions.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and others.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
