As an Accounts Receivable Lead, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations and manage AR Team workload
• Lead sales reporting
• Drive and execute strategic initiatives and one-time projects (returns, new distributor onboarding and transition, improvement projects)
• Handle customer cases, engage stakeholders (customers, bank, Sales, SCM teams)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of invoice processing procedures
• Knowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactions
• Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
• Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
