Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead in Jakarta to oversee day-to-day AR operations and lead the AR team workload, ensuring timely billing and collections. You will drive sales reporting and coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in AR with leadership exposure, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of invoice processing procedures
• Knowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactions
• Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
• Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
