Siemens in Jakarta offers an internship opportunity in our project management and logistics teams. You will support planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point for data management and analysis.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor material delivery status and logistics activities.
• Maintain logistics records, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
• Assist in resolving project and logistics-related issues.
• Support meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, and follow up action items.
