Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a seasoned Order Management professional to orchestrate the full order lifecycle using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to align requirements and ensure seamless execution, while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role demands at least 3 years in Order Management or related fields, and strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365, plus working knowledge of AI

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Strong expertise in SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365; hands-on experience with AI Copilot.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management from creation to fulfillment using SAP and M365 Copilot.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
• Monitor order statuses and resolve discrepancies in pricing or delivery, leveraging Copilot for stakeholder updates.
• Drive process optimization and automation within SAP and M365 to improve data quality and reduce order cycle times.
• Maintain compliance and audit readiness with high customer satisfaction.

You’ll create impact by:

• End-to-End Order Management: Orchestrate the full order lifecycle—from creation to fulfillment—using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure maximum accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order requirements, resolve constraints, and guarantee seamless execution.
• Proactive Issue Resolution & AI Integration: Monitor order statuses to identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing or delivery, leveraging Copilot to summarize complex communications and streamline stakeholder updates.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Drive best practices and automation within SAP and M365 tools to improve data quality and significantly reduce order cycle times.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and quality standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction and full audit readiness.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365; hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a significant advantage.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle with a focus on process optimization, accuracy, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Production).
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) to support local and international stakeholders.
