Job summary

Siemens in Indonesia is seeking an Order Management Specialist to orchestrate the full order lifecycle using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to align requirements, resolve constraints, and accelerate delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in Order Management or Logistics, strong SAP and MS 365 skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• End-to-End Order Management: Orchestrate the full order lifecycle—from creation to fulfillment—using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure maximum accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order requirements, resolve constraints, and guarantee seamless execution.
• Proactive Issue Resolution & AI Integration: Monitor order statuses to identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing or delivery, leveraging Copilot to summarize complex communications and streamline stakeholder updates.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Drive best practices and automation within SAP and M365 tools to improve data quality and significantly reduce order cycle times.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and quality standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction and full audit readiness.

Your defining qualities:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365; hands‑on experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a significant advantage.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle with a focus on process optimization, accuracy, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Production).
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) to support local and international stakeholders.
