Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced electrical assembler for our Jakarta production team. You will perform complex electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assemblies, interpret blueprints, and ensure equipment and tooling readiness across assembly stages.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment. Minimum 4 years of proven experience and strong diagnostic testing skills are required, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience in electrical testing and root-cause analysis.
• Strong collaboration across multi-qualified technicians in a team.

Responsibilities

You’ll create impact by:

• Contributes to planning and effective resource allocation in the production group (electric assembly).
• Plans own work steps in cooperation with other team members.
• Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which may includes all electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Constantly monitors availability of parts, tools and machines needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process.
• Uses specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintains functionality.
• Contributes to plan, execute and analyze the results of test routines and procedures, often in a complex test environment
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in specialized electrical assembly, with a strong track record of executing complex, predefined operational sequences.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform high-precision electrical assembly and integration.
• Testing & Diagnostic Skills: Extensive experience in conducting specialized electrical testing and performing root-cause analysis to resolve technical discrepancies during the production process.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team of multi-qualified technicians, ensuring seamless coordination across different assembly stages.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Basic English and Bahasa Indonesia (written/verbal) in the multicultural environment.
