Job summary

Siemens in Indonesia is seeking skilled electrical assemblers to join an international production team. You will participate in complex electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assemblies, ensuring parts and tools are available and that processes flow smoothly across multiple stages.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and conducting precise tests to diagnose issues. A background with English and Bahasa Indonesia in a multicultural setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in specialized electrical assembly with complex, predefined sequences.
• Able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for high-precision electrical assembly and integration.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to planning and effective resource allocation in the production group (electric assembly).
• Plans own work steps in cooperation with other team members.
• Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which may include all electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Constantly monitors availability of parts, tools and machines needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process.
• Uses specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintains functionality.
• Contributes to plan, execute and analyze the results of test routines and procedures, often in a complex test environment.
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in specialized electrical assembly, with a strong track record of executing complex, predefined operational sequences.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform high-precision electrical assembly and integration.
• Testing & Diagnostic Skills: Extensive experience in conducting specialized electrical testing and performing root-cause analysis to resolve technical discrepancies during the production process.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team of multi-qualified technicians, ensuring seamless coordination across different assembly stages.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Basic English and Bahasa Indonesia (written/verbal) in the multicultural environment.
