Job summary

PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia seeks an experienced Export Sales Supervisor to expand coverage, manage per-account sales, and negotiate margins for the export market. The role requires liaising with Purchasing, Supply Chain, R&D and QC to align forecasts and product development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in international/export sales within FMCG, with strong data analysis and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus. This on-site position is based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years' international/export sales supervision experience.
• Experience in FMCG / Food Service Industry is required.
• Experience in developing customized products.
• Strong business sense and data analysis; problem solving.
• English fluency (spoken and written) required.
• Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand coverage and product portfolio.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Supply Chain, R&D & QC.
• Create forecasts and targets for each account (Distributor & Direct Customer).

Requirements:

Bachelor from related major

Minimum 5 years experience as international / export sales supervisor

Experienced in FMCG / Food Service Industry is a must

Fluent in English both oral and written (MUST)

Fluent in Mandarin is point plus

Handling project product selling to export market

Experienced as International Sales Executive / Key Account / Commercial / Industrial Sales is preferable

High self driven

Interpersonal skills & Ability to operate Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal skills, high spirit, good team player, initiatives, and honest

Overseas graduates are preferable
