The Business Operation Controller Supervisor role focuses on fixed assets lifecycle, inventory costing and operation performance, SOP compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives with the BOC Manager and Finance Head to reach business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in same position.
• Experience in food manufacturing, auditing or consultant company.
• Good analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the complete lifecycle of fixed assets.
• Monitor and analyze inventory movements.
• Maintain and analyze costing and operation performance.
• Review and maintain SOP compliance.
• Support BOC Manager and Finance Dept Head in strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc assignments to achieve business and operational objectives.
