Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Sales Support / Order Administration professional in Indonesia to ensure timely inquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with R&D and sales for costings and tender preparation. The role requires strong SAP and Excel skills, plus excellent English communication in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will handle PO checks, SO creation accuracy, and liaise with planning and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Engineering is required.
• 1–4 years of Sales Support or Order Administration experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in a rapidly changing multinational manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of cable products and markets is preferred.
• Highly computer literate: SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inquiries and quotes promptly, with a clear hand-over from the sales person in charge.
• Coordinate with R&D for costing calculations and technical specifications.
• Assist sales team with tender preparation.
• Pre-check purchase orders and payment terms, especially LC terms.
• Ensure accurate SO creation: cable type, unit price, incoterms, payment terms, delivery, documents, and clauses.
• Coordinate metal hedge requests with SO approval.
• Update SAP data on cost structures and metal coverage numbers.
• Collaborate with planner/logistics for status updates and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare all required documents for invoicing.

Job Descriptions

• Ensuring all inquiry answered and quoted in time manner supported by clear hand-over from sales person in charge.
• Coordination with RnD for all costing calculation & technical specification (cable structure and cutting length).
• Ensuring and coordination with sales team for tender preparation.
• Preliminary checking on PO and payment term especially LC payment term.
• Ensuring SO creation to be correct and accurate. In term of cable type, unit price, incoterm, payment term, delivery , document required and other clause.
• Ensuring strategic metal requirement qty correct and create the metal hedge request parallel with SO approval.
• Ensuring data filled in SAP to be accurate and correct. Especially on the cost structure/condition & metal coverage number.
• Ensuring, monitoring and coordination with planner/logistic for the updated cable status and delivery arrangement.
• Ensuring all requirement document ready, available and prepared for invoicing.
• Filing each project completion from quotation, order processing and support A/C providing invoice and send to customer, including all test report, COO, and warranty cert.
• Ensuring and coordinating FIT requirement with Planner and QC.
• Ensuring and coordinating customer complaint with QA dept. and related Sales person in charge.
• Ensuring and coordinating with Purchasing for external buy in cable.
• Ensuring and coordinating with Logistic for interco buy in cable.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Engineer.
• At least 1-4 years suitable Sales Support experience / Order Administration.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience within a rapidly changing organization in Multinational Company preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience and knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Knowledge of Cable products and markets is preferred
• Highly computer literate, i.e Microsoft excel & SAP.
• Good analytical thinking
• Problem solving oriented in any case
