Job summary

PT. Indowire Prima Industrindo is seeking a Sales Engineering Assistant Manager for its Indowire Plant 3 to lead sales and business development of recycled copper products.

You will develop new customers among automotive, cable and industrial manufacturers, manage sales strategy, negotiations and revenue targets, and drive process improvements to boost performance.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably at Assistant Manager level, in automotive manufacturing, copper recycling or related industries.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is preferred.
