PT. Indomakmur Inti Lestari (Usaha Jaya Group) invites applications for an Inside Sales Executive based in Jakarta Pusat to expand our B2B customer base in manufacturing and mining sectors. You will nurture relationships with new and existing clients, manage quotations, and drive monthly sales targets.

We seek candidates with at least a Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant field, 2+ years in sales, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing support (B2B in manufacturing/mining preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, with customers at various levels.
• Ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency with digital sales tools and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and contact new prospects to expand the customer base
• Manage and maintain good communication with current customers
• Follow up on quotation processes until closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide high‑quality sales support to maximize customer satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support sales efforts
