Job summary

PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) is seeking a capable Business Analyst to help translate business needs into actionable system requirements.

You will work closely with business units and developers to ensure clear documentation, effective testing support, and smooth transitions from requirements to implementation. The role requires understanding of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with 1–2 years of relevant experience or strong internship/project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information tech fields.
• 1–2 years of experience as Business/ System Analyst or related roles; fresh grads with internship ok.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, QA and end users.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Proficient in BRD, FSD, User Stories and Use Cases documentation.
• Knowledge of BPMN or flowcharts for business process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into clear, measurable system requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage requirements documentation and functional specifications for applications.
• Act as liaison between business units and development teams throughout the development process.
• Support testing processes including SIT and UAT until implementation.
• Provide analytical support for evaluation and future feature development.

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or other related Information Technology fields.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a related application development role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may be considered.

3. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams involving business stakeholders, developers, QA, and end users.

5. Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

6. Proficient in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Cases.

7. Understanding of business process modeling using BPMN or flowcharts.

8. Ability to create system flow designs, basic wireframes, or mockups.

9. Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
