Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions, analyze requirements, identify gaps, and collaborate with project and application teams to ensure successful solution design, testing, and implementation.

You will develop and execute SIT plans, support UAT and training, and prepare BRD, Business Case, and UAT documentation with required sign-off while managing risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job description

Support business and technology initiatives by bridging business needs with effective technology solutions. Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with project and application development teams to ensure successful solution design, testing, and implementation.

Key responsibilities:

Understand business goals and objectives and provide appropriate and effective technology solutions

Act as a bridge between business problems, business requirements, and technology solutions

Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and translating them into appropriate technology solutions

Collaborate with Application Development teams and other project members to deliver complete and effective solutions

Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements

Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and implementation activities to ensure smooth project delivery

Identify potential issues and risks and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders

Provide recommendations and best practices for risk management related to application development and project implementation

Work closely with project members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and manage project documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), Business Case Document, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation, including the required sign-off

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, or related fields

Minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst

Strong understanding and experience in project management

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills across strategic, business, and system perspectives

Experience in risk mitigation related to application development and project implementation

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
