Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia, an IT services provider in Indonesia, seeks a proactive Business Analyst to translate stakeholder requirements into clear BRD/FSD and user stories. You will gather, analyze, and validate requirements with users and stakeholders, and document processes and flows to guide development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.
• Experienced in creating BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Able to translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UAT and software testing processes
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team.
• Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and validation through meetings, interviews, and discussions with users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain functional documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze and document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Project Manager, Developer, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop business process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other supporting documentation when required.
• Support the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, validating results, and coordinating issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure the delivered solution aligns with agreed business requirements.

Job description

Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools.
