Job summary

PT Rantai Dingin Asia ( Coldspace ) seeks an IT Business Analyst to gather and document requirements for system development within logistics and supply chain contexts. The role bridges business needs with IT solutions, focusing on process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate will develop BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, and test scenarios, and will support SIT/UAT to ensure successful implementation across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, IE, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT business analyst or system analyst experience.
• Knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional analysis, and SDLC.
• Experience in BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Able to communicate with business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, WMS, TMS, ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders for system development.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and pain points, and recommend technology-based improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories, and system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation such as BRD, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business users, IT/development teams, and vendors throughout development, integration, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT, including issue tracking and requirement validation.

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional analysis, and SDLC.

Experienced in preparing BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and UAT scenarios.

Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical/development teams.

Knowledge of API/integration, databases/SQL, WMS, TMS, ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems is an advantage.
