Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi seeks an experienced System Analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications and design architectures. You will manage SDLC for assigned IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Jakarta.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, at least five years of system analysis experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of banking IT workflows. Onsite work at Central Jakarta is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT or related field with IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Master Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
• Conduct Business Requirement Analysis.
• Design and develop Solution Architecture.
• Perform Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement.
• Create and review Software Design.
• Able to think critically, communicate, conduct business analysis, be creative, and do planning.
• Willing to design and provide new IT solutions and SDLC management.
• Understand general banking flow or banking IT experience.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1), any major, with experience in the IT field.
• Have at least 5 years experience as a System Analyst or in an equivalent position in a similar industry
