Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT GRC/ Governance team in Jakarta. You will gather and analyze business and system requirements, translate them into BRD/FRD/User Stories, and support risk/control assessments across frameworks.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ BA experience, strong documentation and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Office, Visio, Jira, and Confluence. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT GRC or related projects.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into BRD, FRD, User Stories, and functional specs.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses.
• Support IT GRC, risk, compliance, governance, and audit projects.
• Conduct gap analyses and risk/control assessments.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support UAT, requirement validation, issue tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT GRC, IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit projects.

Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls.

Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.

Able to create BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flow, and functional specifications.

Familiar with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.

Experience in gap analysis, risk/control assessment, and process analysis.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, and/or Confluence.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and system requirements from business and technical stakeholders.

Translate requirements into BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and functional specifications.

Analyze existing processes and identify gaps, risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

Support IT GRC, risk, compliance, governance, and audit-related projects.

Conduct gap analysis and risk/control assessments based on applicable frameworks and organizational requirements.

Collaborate with Business, IT, GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure requirements and controls are properly implemented.

Facilitate requirement discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Support UAT, requirement validation, issue tracking, and documentation.

Maintain project documentation and provide status updates and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
