Job summary

Youtap in Indonesia is seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document requirements across business, functional, and non-functional areas. You will translate needs into user stories, process models, and solution proposals, and work with stakeholders to validate outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments, with proficiency in Jira/Confluence and data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience as Business Analyst in payments/loyalty/financial industries.
• Strong understanding of system analysis, process re-engineering, and IT delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Whimsical, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools for analysis.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC, or Agile (Scrum Master / Product Owner).
