Job summary

Sinowater International Solution is seeking a qualified Water Treatment Technical Engineer to join our Jakarta team. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements for industrial water treatment systems and developing technical solutions and commercial offers.

You will prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation, coordinate with sales and technical departments, and ensure accurate, professional presentations. A Bachelor's degree and water treatment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the water treatment industry is required.
• Strong understanding of water treatment systems, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Ability to translate customer specifications into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English and Mandarin are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate customer requirements for industrial water treatment systems and solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Develop technical solutions based on customer needs and project specifications.
• Prepare technical calculations, equipment lists, and system specifications when required.
• Review customer requirements and assist in selecting suitable water treatment equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, suppliers, and technical departments.
• Support the sales team in preparing technical presentations and responding to customer inquiries.
• Assist in project planning, technical discussions, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure that technical proposals and quotations are accurate, complete, and professionally presented.
