Job summary

PT Flax Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a driven Sales Executive to build lasting client relationships and grow our footprint in Indonesia's technology market. You will work with industrial, manufacturing, and enterprise clients to design solutions that address real operational challenges and position you as a trusted technology partner.

The role requires 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Jabodetabek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Willingness to travel to Jabodetabek and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C clients in industrial, manufacturing, and enterprise sectors.
• Conduct needs discovery with prospective clients to understand challenges.
• Present and demonstrate tech solutions addressing client pain points and objectives.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; lead negotiations through to signed agreements.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct on-site client visits to build rapport and support implementation discussions.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
• Provide market feedback to support product and business strategy.
