Job summary

Exim & Mfr Enterprise in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Engineer/Executive to drive revenue by combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen. You will manage assigned accounts, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The role involves pre-sales activities, product presentations, proposals reflecting specifications and value, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and support to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Degree in a technical field such as engineering may be preferred.
• Experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-related industry.
• Experience managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to identify and prioritize key accounts and develop account plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and provide value.
• Grow and retain accounts through expansion and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities: exhibitions, product demos, technical presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Assist in developing sales proposals, quotations and presentations reflecting specs and value.
• Gather market feedback on product performance and industry trends.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and support to address needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
