Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-branch organization. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, timely payments, and maintain confidential employee records in line with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities include BPJS registrations, PPh 21 tax handling, payroll reporting, and coordination with Area HR to ensure smooth payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, psychology, accounting, law or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll operations experience, preferably multi-branch.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
• Solid understanding of payroll calculations, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and payroll reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Area HR and other departments.
• English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.
• Coordinate with Area HR and relevant departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, updates, and deactivation.
• Calculate and verify employee payroll components, including salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Understand and assist with PPh 21 (employee income tax) calculations and payroll tax administration.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation and administrative tasks.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with Indonesian labor regulations and applicable company policies.
