Job summary

Siloamcareers is seeking an HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused) in Indonesia. You will handle payroll calculations and HRIS administration, BPJS administration, and staff contracts along with orientation services to ensure smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of payroll/administration experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to join ASAP is a plus.
