Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 5-7 years of payroll management experience.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong expertise in compensation and benefits programme design.
• CPP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll operations monthly, bi-weekly or weekly as required.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labour laws and tax regulations.
• Design, develop, and administer compensation structures and salary scales.
• Manage employee benefits programmes including health insurance and pension schemes.
• Prepare payroll records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external payroll service providers.
• Develop payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide advice to management on compensation and benefits matters.
• Train payroll staff and ensure policy updates are understood.
