Job summary

Elitech Global Official is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of its Smart HVAC Tools portfolio in Indonesia. You will build a local distributor and dealer network, drive sales across contractors and service companies, and serve as the bridge to Elitech's China headquarters.

The role requires mapping the market, recruiting and supporting partners, and ensuring alignment with HQ on progress, pipeline, and market insights. Frequent travel within Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the local market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop distributor networks.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English; Mandarin is a plus for China HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the complete Smart HVAC Tools portfolio in Indonesia.
• Develop and manage the distributor/dealer network nationwide.
• Map and penetrate Indonesia's HVAC/R service market, including contractors, installers, wholesalers and e-commerce channels.
• Train and enable channel partners with product knowledge and sales tools; coordinate with HQ for after-sales support.
• Report weekly and monthly on sales, market analyses, forecasts and business summaries to China headquarters.
