Job summary

Valmet in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to support spare parts and field service sales within our Packaging and Paper Business Area. You will manage quotations, orders, and commercial documents, coordinating with customers, logistics, and sales to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–5+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Coordination, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination, finance operations, or commercial administration.
Solid understanding of order processing, Incoterms, delivery terms, and payment terms, including L/C and bank guarantees.
Proficient in MS Office and business systems, with experience using ERP platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Manage order handling activities for the assigned area and collaborate with sales teams to support customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, order acknowledgements, invoices, contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documents within the ERP system.
Coordinate with customers, logistics, operations, and sales teams to process orders, track deliveries, resolve enquiries, and ensure timely execution.
Verify delivery and payment terms, including L/C and bank guarantees, and follow up on payments and service requests.
Monitor order backlog status, maintain accurate documentation, identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and support sales and marketing activities across Indonesia.
