PT Tarax Dekor Solusi seeks an experienced B2B sales leader to drive growth in Indonesia's building materials and home furnishing sectors. You will target distributors, key accounts, and regional networks while coordinating with Finance, Logistics, and HQ to ensure timely deliveries.

Role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, 3+ years in Indonesia, and strong English communication. Asian market exposure and CRM proficiency are advantages.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years in Indonesia’s HPL/building materials/home furnishing industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for the Indonesian market.
• Build and maintain distributor network across Java and Sumatra.
• Develop and maintain key accounts with property developers and manufacturers.
• Manage full sales contract process from drafting to payment collection.
• Coordinate regional marketing and brand building in Indonesia.
• Lead and coach the local sales team for higher performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and HQ to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and support audits and data migration by HQ.
