Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks an experienced sales leader to drive Indonesia salesStrategy. You will build distributor networks, negotiate terms, and manage key client relationships across Java and Sumatra, coordinating with HQ for reporting and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales in building materials, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, and strong negotiation skills. Mandarin is a plus for cross-border communication with Foshan teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 3 years in building materials or home living in Indonesia.
• Experience selling fireproof boards, decorative films, or HVAC systems is preferred.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English for reporting and HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for Indonesia.
• Set annual, quarterly, monthly sales targets based on group strategy.
• Allocate targets by individual and sales channel with weekly monitoring.
• Build and maintain distributor networks; lead negotiations and sign contracts.
• Develop distributor classification and sales-incentive policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients (developers, interior companies, furniture makers).
• Manage end-to-end sales contract process; review contracts for compliance and risk.
• Monitor contract lifecycle from order, production coordination, logistics to payment collection.
• Handle amendments, disputes, and claims to protect company interests.
• Promote brand and market presence; conduct competitor analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead local sales team: recruitment, task allocation, performance evaluation, and training.
• Coordinate with Finance/Logistics for invoicing, receivables, and imports/exports.
• Report sales data to Foshan HQ; support audits, system implementations, and data migration.
