Job summary

PT Kokindo Sejahtera Bersama is seeking a proactive B2B sales professional to develop local building materials business in Tangerang. You will identify and visit shop owners, wholesalers, hardware stores, and real estate partners, collect market insights, maintain client relationships, and coordinate internal resources to close orders and promote long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and visit local building material shop owners, building material wholesalers, hardware stores, and other retail end customers
Develop potential cooperation channels such as design companies, renovation companies, and real estate agencies
Contact new media bloggers/KOLs related to building materials to establish promotional partnerships
Collect information on local building material market prices, competitor activities, and customer needs
Regularly organize client files, negotiation records, and competitor information
Submit weekly and monthly work reports, and support the team in data review
Maintain existing B2B client relationships, follow up on daily communication, orders, and payment settlements
Identify deeper customer needs and promote long-term, stable cooperation
Introduce the company's product advantages, pricing policies, and cooperation models to target customers
Coordinate internal company resources to complete client liaison, sample displays, order follow-ups, and other tasks
