Qualifications

• Significant experience managing B2B sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
• Experience with architects, developers and hospitality clients is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ahti's sales team across Indonesia.
• Take ownership of national sales performance and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists and Account Management.
• Establish KPIs, targets and sales-management routines.
• Manage pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
• Improve sales processes from lead generation through closing.
• Review performance and implement improvements.
• Build a culture of accountability and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with CEO on strategy, pricing and market development.
• Support major opportunities and strategic client negotiations.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, hospitality groups.
• Ensure effective use of CRM and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales through technology.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and follow-through.
• Adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
• Experience in architecture, interior design, construction or building materials is advantageous.
