Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in B2B solution sales.
• At least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience in e-learning or corporate training is preferred.
• Hunter-leader mentality with coaching ability.
• Fluent Indonesian; business-level English for cross-regional communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion: identify/prospect clients via cold calls, events, and networking to create new opportunities in Indonesia.
• Build and nurture key accounts with mutually beneficial plans for long-term growth.
• Enhance account satisfaction by strengthening retention and expanding pipelines.
• Deliver solution-oriented presentations—lead meetings to align goFLUENT with client needs.
• Leverage sales data to refine territory strategy and maximize performance.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce reports, forecasts, and client data daily/weekly/monthly.
