Qualifications

• 5+ years in a closing SaaS sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to enterprise/hospitality tech is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build your own pipeline and be accountable for outcomes and quota.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for call prep, discovery, and positioning.
• Engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite; manage long sales cycles.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and drive expansion opportunities.
• Share deal strategies and contribute to enablement content.
