Job summary

Facetology is seeking a Logistics Admin to join our Jakarta Pusat team. The role focuses on verifying incoming goods, inputting data into WMS, and reconciling records to ensure inventory accuracy.

The candidate will maintain inbound documentation, prepare reports, and coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics admin, warehouse admin, inbound admin, or related admin role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivots, data validation).
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming goods by matching items with DO, PO, and invoices.
• Enter receiving data accurately into the company system or WMS.
• Reconcile receiving documents, inventory records, and system data.
• Maintain inbound logistics documentation, ensuring records are complete and filed.
• Prepare routine inventory and receiving reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• File and archive logistics documents physically and digitally.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams for smooth inbound operations.
• Monitor data accuracy of inbound transactions and inventory movements.
• Support stock-taking and provide administrative support for logistics ops.
