Job summary

The role performs daily cycle counts and annual stock opname, prepares reports on inventory and movements, and collaborates with procurement and logistics partners to support supply chain operations. It also provides data for audits and ensures compliance with 5R and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS.
• Experience with ERP and system integration preferred.
• Knowledge of medical device industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory data accuracy and ERP-WMS integration.
• Monitor stock movements via the WMS system.
• Coordinate with teams on stock discrepancies or issues.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and annual stock opname.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory and movements.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics partners.
• Provide data for external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and 5R standards.
