Qualifications

• English proficiency mandatory for consumable goods management.
• Proficient with basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with stock reconciliation, invoice processing, and OA/ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely recording of consumable goods receipts across warehouse systems.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
• Liaise with suppliers for invoice confirmations and billing reconciliations.
• Manage, track, and organize all consumable goods invoices.
• Process payment workflows and approvals through the OA system.
