PT GWS Era Medika is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate end-to-end import operations for medicines and FMCG goods in Jakarta. You will liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset to optimize demand planning and supply chain performance across Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end import operations for finished goods and raw materials with customs authorities, freight forwarders, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop import forecasts and supply chain plans based on stock, sales trends, and projected demand.
• Establish and monitor supply chain timelines including PO placement, supplier lead times, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and submit import documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor import and supply chain data to identify delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on import regulations, tariffs, and trade policies and adjust processes accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to improve demand planning and continuous improvement.

Coordinate end-to-end import operations for finished goods and raw materials, liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Develop import forecasts and supply chain plans based on current stock levels, sales trends, and projected demand to support accurate supply chain forecasting, inventory planning, and timely replenishment.

Establish and monitor supply chain timelines, including purchase order placement, supplier lead times, shipment schedules, customs clearance, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

Ensure all import documentation, including customs declarations and other regulatory documents, is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Monitor and analyze import and supply chain data to identify potential delays, forecast discrepancies, and operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Stay up to date with changes in import regulations, tariffs, and trade policies, assessing their potential impact on supply chain planning and adjusting processes accordingly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to improve demand planning, coordinate supply chain activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for
