Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and origin certificates.
• Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor documentation and follow up on missing or delayed items.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and company requirements.
• Maintain organized records for audit and reference.
• Support customs clearance and provide required docs.
• Track shipment status and resolve documentation issues with logistics.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain document tracking for activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper control of trade documents.
