Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of global logistics, shipping regulations and documentation.
• Understanding Incoterms and HS codes is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues or complaints.
• Meticulous attention to detail for handling complex documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Adaptability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment activities from origin to destination, tracking positions and processing bookings.
• Manage documentation including B/Ls, Arrival Notices, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Ensure customs compliance and liaise with brokers for clearance and CEISA submissions.
• Act as first point of contact for key accounts, providing status updates and freight rates.
• Handle billing requests and invoicing for client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal transport teams or external carriers for last-mile delivery.
